We offer a self-hosted enterprise setup that gives you full control, built for IT-secure environments.

Why choose the enterprise setup?

The enterprise (self-hosted) version of Iristick.Teams is ideal for companies that:

  • Operate in IT-restricted environments
  • Require internal control over infrastructure and data
  • Need to comply with specific security protocols
  • Prefer to deploy apps via MDM systems (Android Enterprise)

With this setup, you integrate Iristick.Teams directly into your own Microsoft Azure environment.

What we provide

When you opt for the enterprise setup, you receive:

  • A full installation package (1SHIMST), including:
  • App binaries
  • Azure integration scripts
  • Configuration guide
  • 8 hours of technical support for setup and validation
  • Ongoing updates and maintenance via an annual license (4SHIMSTMU)

Your responsibilities

To run Iristick.Teams in your own environment, you’ll need:

  • An active Microsoft Azure subscription
  • Azure tenant ID and Communication Services resource
  • An app registration in your Microsoft Azure portal
  • A Mobile Device Management (MDM) system for deployment

Key benefits

  • ACS, token broker, and metadata backend all run in your own Azure subscription instead of Iristick's
  • No user information or call summaries stored on Iristick infrastructure
  • Fully integrated with your internal Microsoft Teams setup
  • Tailored for large-scale or security-conscious deployments
  • Ongoing access to new versions and features

Call media goes through Microsoft ACS in both deployments

Call audio and video always flow directly between the device and Microsoft's Azure Communication Services — never through Iristick servers, in either OOTB or self-hosted. Self-hosted removes Iristick-controlled infrastructure from the path; it doesn't change how call content is protected.
