What you get

Full HD video. The expert sees what the wearer sees in high definition, with resolution and bitrate following the live connection so small text stays readable when bandwidth drops.

Point without describing. The expert holds down on the video, the frame freezes, and a cursor appears on the wearer's heads-up display exactly where they are pointing. No toolbar to learn, nothing to undo.

Photos on demand. The expert presses the take picture button and fires the glasses camera. The fieldworker keeps working. They can also take one by voice if they spot something. Either way the photo reaches the expert over the same encrypted link. Photos are deleted when the call ends, so download them first.

Bluetooth headset support. Connect the headset you already use. In plant rooms, workshops, and anywhere with constant machine noise, it is the difference between being understood and repeating yourself.

Reach anyone, on the channel you already use. The fieldworker shares the link through their phone's normal share options. Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, email, whatever is on the handset. No directory to search. Nobody set up in advance. If you can already message the person, you can bring them into the call.

Nothing to install for the expert. They open the link in a browser. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, on a desktop, tablet, or phone. No account, no download, no setup.
