Warranty & Repairs

Iristick smart glasses are built for demanding field environments. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it.

Standard Warranty

All Iristick smart glasses come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period:

  • Coverage applies to hardware malfunctions and manufacturing defects
  • We send you a replacement device as fast as possible so you're back up and running with minimal downtime
  • Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications is not covered

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

After the warranty period, we offer a repair program:

  1. Contact us at support@iristick.com describing the issue
  2. Send in your device — we'll provide shipping instructions
  3. Inspection — our team inspects the hardware and diagnoses the problem
  4. Quote — you receive a repair quote before any work starts
  5. Repair & return — once you approve, we repair and ship it back

No surprises. You always know the cost before we proceed.
