Warranty & Repairs
Iristick smart glasses are built for demanding field environments. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it.
Standard Warranty
All Iristick smart glasses come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period:
- Coverage applies to hardware malfunctions and manufacturing defects
- We send you a replacement device as fast as possible so you're back up and running with minimal downtime
- Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications is not covered
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period, we offer a repair program:
- Contact us at support@iristick.com describing the issue
- Send in your device — we'll provide shipping instructions
- Inspection — our team inspects the hardware and diagnoses the problem
- Quote — you receive a repair quote before any work starts
- Repair & return — once you approve, we repair and ship it back
