Troubleshooting

This diagram focuses on the connection state of the Iristick Pocket Unit, based on the observed LED status. Follow the steps below to verify proper operation or identify any problems.

What the LED Colors Mean

LED Color Meaning
🔴 Red Battery depleted
⚪ White Firmware issue
âš« No LED No power / potential hardware fault
🟠 Orange/Yellow Pocket Unit has power, no connection
🟢 Green Fully charged and ready to use
🔵 Dark Blue Pocket Unit Connected and recognized
🔵 Light Blue Phone + headset both connected
