Getting Started
Prerequisites
- A compatible Iristick smart glasses set
- A compatible smartphone (check compatibility)
- The Iristick.Assist app installed (see Step 1)
- A stable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbps up/down). See bandwidth requirements and data consumption for details.
Step 1: Install Assist
Step 2: Start a Session
- Open Assist on your phone
- Grant permissions (camera, audio, etc.) when asked
- The app generates a session link
Step 3: Invite the Expert
- Share the session link via any messaging app — WhatsApp, email, Teams, SMS, or any other channel
- The expert opens the link in their browser — no app install required
- You're connected as soon as they join
That's it. You're now in a live support session.
