Getting Started

Step 1: Install WizzEye

• On your smart glasses or Android phone, open the Google Play Store
• Search for WizzEye or visit this link
• Tap Install

Step 2: Launch the App

• Open WizzEye from your apps menu
• Grant permissions (camera, audio, etc.) when asked

Step 3: Join or Create a Room

• Type the room name to enter
• Share the same name with your remote collaborator
• You’re connected when the other person joins the same room

That’s it—you’re now in a live support session.
