Users & Access

In Iristick.Collector, inviting users allows others in your organization to log in, collect data, and export observations. All under the same workspace.

Invite a New User

  1. Go to the Users tab in the sidebar
  2. Click New User
  3. Enter the user’s email address
  4. Click Send Invitation

The user will receive an email with an invitation to join your Collector workspace.

User Roles

Each user in your organization is assigned a role:

  • Admin: Can manage users,
  • User: Can manage templates, and asset lists, in addition to using the mobile app

Roles help structure responsibilities and keep access secure.

What Happens Next?

  • Once the user accepts, they’re officially part of your company account

You can invite users in advance — they’ll appear in your user list even before they accept the email invite. This makes it easy to manage roles, prepare access before rollout, and keep your team’s work organized.
