Observations

The Observations section in the Collector Portal is where all synced field data is collected and made available for review. It gives you a clear overview of everything your team has recorded using the mobile app and smart glasses.

View Observation Sessions

  1. Open the Observations tab in the sidebar
  2. You’ll see a list of past sessions, each representing a round of field collection

Each session entry shows:

  • Name of the template used
  • The asset list applied
  • Who performed the session and when

Click an observation to open the detailed view.

Explore the Records

Inside an observation, you can:

  • View scores recorded per asset
  • Scroll or search through all observations
  • Preview media (photos, barcodes, notes)

Export the Data

You can export data from any session in two formats:

  • .csv — structured data ready for spreadsheets or databases
  • .zip — includes the .csv plus all photos collected during the session

To export:

  1. Open the session detail view
  2. Click Export in the top right
  3. Choose your format and download

The Observations tab turns your fieldwork into structured, usable data — ready to share or analyze in seconds.
